For many years, since entering teacher training college I have kept a diary, journal, blog, call it what you will. I have found the process quite therapeutic in times of stress and there have been plenty of those in teaching children who were removed from main school because of their issues in the ordinary school system. When I left school teaching eventually I was able to easily transfer this step-by-step process to adults who were interested in learning watercolours.
